Spinative — Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: 2026-05-10 Last updated: 2026-05-10
This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") describes prohibited uses of the Spinative platform. The AUP forms part of, and is incorporated by reference into, the Terms of Service. Material breach of the AUP entitles us to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.
1. General principles
You agree to use the Platform lawfully, in good faith, and with respect for the rights of others. The list below is illustrative, not exhaustive. We reserve the right to act on conduct that — although not expressly listed — clearly violates the spirit of this AUP.
2. Prohibited content
You may not use the Platform to create, generate, upload, distribute or solicit content that:
- Is unlawful under the law of Spain or of any jurisdiction in which it may be accessed - Infringes any third party's intellectual-property, publicity, privacy or contractual rights - Depicts a real person, real public figure, or copyrighted character in a way that is misleading, defamatory, or unauthorised - Depicts minors in any sexual, suggestive, or exploitative manner - Is sexually explicit, gratuitously violent, or designed to harass, threaten, or incite hatred against a person or group - Promotes terrorism, organised crime, or illegal weapons - Promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
These restrictions are stricter than the underlying AI providers' terms in some areas; you must respect both layers.
3. Prohibited uses (gambling-specific)
Because Spinative customers commonly ship games to gambling operators, we draw the following lines explicitly:
- You may not use the Platform to design, host or operate any gambling product offered to persons under 18. - You may not use the Platform to design, host or operate any gambling product in a market where it is illegal, including unlicensed real-money gambling in Spain or any jurisdiction where you intend to offer the game. - You may not use the Platform to design products that intentionally evade regulator-mandated controls (responsible- gambling limits, age verification, geo-blocking, etc.). - You may not market the Platform or any games built on it as an AI service that "guarantees wins", "predicts outcomes", or similar misleading claims about chance-based games. - You may not use the Platform to clone, copy or imitate a competitor's titled slot game with intent to deceive players or operators about the source of the game.
4. Prohibited technical activity
You may not, directly or indirectly:
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Platform without our express written permission (responsible disclosure: email hello@spinative.com) - Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or data - Interfere with or disrupt the Platform — denial-of-service, flooding, malware, exploitation of bugs for purposes beyond their intended use - Bypass rate limits or technical controls (custom scripts, headless abuse of generation endpoints, automated scraping) - Reverse-engineer the Platform or its underlying AI prompts, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law - Use automated agents to create or operate accounts (bots, sock- puppets) without our prior written agreement - Use the Platform to mine cryptocurrency, train third-party AI models, or any other purpose unrelated to the design of slot games
5. Prohibited commercial activity
You may not:
- Resell, sublicence or rebadge the Platform under another brand - Use the Platform to provide an asset-generation service to third parties (i.e. operate an unlicensed reseller storefront) - Aggregate Outputs into a stock-asset library and distribute them as if they were original work uniquely yours - Misrepresent your relationship with Spinative — you are not our partner, agent, or representative unless we have agreed so in writing
6. Reporting violations
If you become aware of conduct on the Platform that violates this AUP, email hello@spinative.com with a description, links or screenshots where possible, and the affected account if known. We investigate reports promptly and confidentially.
7. Enforcement
For minor or first-time violations, we may issue a written warning and give you a reasonable opportunity to remedy the breach.
For severe or repeated violations, we may, without prior notice:
- Remove the offending content - Suspend access to the affected account - Terminate the account and (where appropriate) any related accounts of the same operator - Refer the matter to law-enforcement or regulatory authorities - Pursue civil remedies for any damages caused
The fees you have paid for any period of suspension or termination caused by AUP violations are not refundable.
8. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days before they take effect, by the same mechanism used for changes to the Terms of Service.
