The Website provides access to Spinative, a software-as-a-service platform that enables slot game studios to design, generate and ship their games. Spinative offers tools for game design, art generation (assisted by AI), feature configuration, math modelling, marketing-asset production, and developer handoff. Spinative is a tools platform; it does not operate gambling, does not host or accept wagers, and is not a gambling operator within the meaning of Spanish Law 13/2011.

All content on the Website — including software, source code, designs, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, photographs, videos, sound recordings and the structure and presentation of the Website — is the property of Ediciones Candel SL or its licensors and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual property law.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other use, in whole or in part, requires the prior written consent of Ediciones Candel SL except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

The trademark Spinative and any related logos are the property of Ediciones Candel SL.

4. Use of the Website

Access to the Website is free for the parts that do not require user registration. Access to the Spinative platform itself requires creating an account and accepting the Terms of Service. Users undertake to use the Website lawfully, in good faith, and in compliance with these terms, applicable laws, public order, and accepted standards of conduct.

The use of the Website for purposes that may be illegal or harmful to third-party rights, or that may impair the normal operation of the Website or of any service provided through it, is expressly prohibited.

Ediciones Candel SL is not liable for any damage or loss arising from:
