What do I actually get out of Spinative?
The whole workspace — not just the exports. Six end-to-end stages in one place: game design (GDD, art brief, theme, narrative), flow (visual screen-flow editor across Base, Free Spins, Bonus and custom screens), art (AI-assisted generation against a locked style, references, typography, manual uploads), math (paytable, RTP, volatility, reels, paylines, feature triggers), marketing (banners, store images, promo art), and handoff. AI assists every stage; the creator leads. At handoff you ship reproducible deliverables — GDD PDF, math spec (JSON), asset pack (ZIP with Spine-ready naming), flow presentation, marketing pack, and a project backup that captures the whole game. Pull any artifact a month later and the prompts, seeds and feature graph are still in the project.
Which game engines does it target?
Engine-agnostic by design. The asset pack uses the BG_BaseGame, ReelFrame, JP_Grand, Logo, Character, Spin_Btn, BuyBonus_Btn and AnteBet_Btn naming convention so a Spine 2D skeleton maps slots without renaming. The math spec is JSON your build team consumes with a few lines of glue. The project JSON captures the whole game object — re-import it a year later and the project reconstructs exactly, prompts and provenance intact. Use your in-house RGS, open frameworks, or commercial HTML5 runtimes — we don't bind you to an engine version or a deployment platform.
Do I own the AI-generated assets?
Yes — anything you generate is yours to use, modify and ship (
Terms §7). Your prompts and outputs aren't used to train our models, and we use the no-training tiers of the providers behind the scenes. Every PNG carries an EXIF provenance stamp identifying it as Spinative-origin with a project ID, prompt hash, asset type and generation timestamp, so you can prove an asset came from your project if a dispute ever arises. The project record itself stores the prompt and provider for every asset so the chain back to authorship is intact even after the asset leaves the project. One caveat universal to generative AI: outputs aren't guaranteed copyrightable on their own, so we recommend editing or extending anything you plan to register or trademark.
Is the content jurisdiction-compliant?
Spinative isn't a certification path. RNG certification, GLI-19 testing, regional rules (UKGC, MGA, Curaçao, etc.) and responsible-gambling features all live with your math team, your audit lab and the operator licensing the game. We don't pre-certify games and we don't vet operator licenses. What we do provide is a self-contained submission pack — math spec (paytable, RTP, volatility, reel sets, feature triggers), GDD PDF, asset pack and flow presentation — each one reproducible from the project so a lab can re-export the same artifacts a year later and verify they match what was originally submitted. The math model is intentionally engine-agnostic so your build team owns the runtime certification.
Can I try without a credit card?
Yes — Free is a full project workspace with 2 projects, the canvas editor, the Flow node-graph, the Features catalogue, the spin simulator and manual asset uploads (PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF). Design a complete slot — brief through screen layout — and run it in the browser. What's gated: AI generation, exports (GDD PDF, math spec, asset pack, marketing kit) and the Marketing workspace. Those start on Freelancer (€29/seat/mo, 50 AI credits) and Studio (€49/seat/mo, 100 AI credits per seat, unlimited seats). Upgrade in two clicks when you're ready — no card required to start.
How does collaboration work?
Studio plan is multi-seat with four roles plus a per-project Reviewer mode. Owner — full access including ownership transfer and studio delete. Admin — projects, members and billing, but cannot transfer ownership or delete the studio. Member — only the projects they're added to, no team or billing settings. Finance — billing only, no project access. Each studio shares a credit pool, project library, version history and style library. Invite teammates by email; existing creators land in the studio immediately, new ones get an email invitation. For external reviewers (operators, audit labs, client stakeholders) share a per-project token link — single project, read-only or comment-only, scoped by token expiry, no seat needed.
What if I need more AI credits than my plan?
Top-up packs from 100 credits (€25) through 200 (€45), 500 (€99), up to 1,000 credits (€179). To calibrate: one credit generates one asset (background, symbol, UI element) or one tile re-roll; document exports cost 5 credits each (GDD PDF, Art Direction PDF). Math spec, project JSON, asset pack, flow presentation and marketing pack exports are free. Top-ups are one-time purchases, consumed after your monthly allowance runs out, and expire 12 months after purchase. Any role with billing permission (Owner, Admin, Finance) can buy. No surprise auto-charges.
Where is my data stored?
EU only. Project data, generated assets and exports live in EU storage with AES-256 at rest; authentication, subscription and email sub-processors all operate in EU regions; application compute runs on EU edge nodes. No persistent data leaves the EU. The only US round-trip is the transient API call to the AI providers during generation, on enterprise / no-training tiers with short retention (30 days for abuse monitoring, then deleted). GDPR-compliant, DPA on request. The
Customer Data Protection FAQ has the full sub-processor list, encryption details and the deletion + backup posture.
Can I see it in action?
Two ways. Sign up free and walk through a project on your own — the canvas editor, Flow node-graph, Features catalogue and spin simulator are all unlocked on Free, no card. Or
book a 30-min walkthrough and we'll demo the full game design → flow → art → math → marketing → handoff loop with one of your themes; mention slot or studio specifics in the Calendly form and we'll tailor the demo. Either way you'll see the same six pillars.
