Founding Studio Sprint — Programme Terms

These Programme Terms apply to the Founding Studio Sprint (the "Programme"). They form part of, and are additional to, the Spinative Terms of Service, together with the Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. Where these Programme Terms and the Terms of Service conflict on a matter specific to the Programme, these Programme Terms prevail; on every other matter the Terms of Service govern.

The short version. You pay €750 once. For ninety days your studio has five seats, unlimited projects and every capability of the Studio plan, plus 500 pooled AI credits a calendar month. Nothing renews. At the end the studio returns to the Free plan, nothing is deleted and nobody is removed. If you continue on an annual plan, the €750 comes off the invoice.

1. Payment and activation

The Programme is a one-time payment of €750 (EUR), processed by Stripe. Access activates immediately on successful payment and runs for 90 consecutive days (the "Term"). This is not a subscription: nothing renews and no further charge is made in connection with the Programme.

2. What is included

For the duration of the Term your studio receives:

- Up to five seats, including the Owner - Unlimited projects - Every capability of the Studio plan, including all export formats and the full AI Crew in chat and voice - 500 AI credits per calendar month, pooled across the studio - Founder onboarding: a kickoff session in the first week and further working sessions during the Term, scheduled by mutual arrangement

Seats are named users of your studio. You may add and remove people, and change their roles, within the seat limit at any time. Because the Programme fee is fixed and covers all five seats, none of this changes what you pay: no charge is raised and no credit is issued. The per-seat proration described in clause 4 of the Terms of Service does not apply during the Term.

3. AI credits

Credits are pooled across the studio rather than allocated per seat, and are counted per calendar month. Unused credits do not roll over and have no cash value. Credit packs purchased separately are governed by the Terms of Service and keep their own validity period.

Because credits are counted per calendar month, a Term that begins mid-month gives you the full monthly pool in that month as well as in each month that follows.

4. Fair use

AI credits are provided for your studio's own game production. Accounts generating for resale of raw AI output, or performing automated bulk generation unrelated to a game project, may be limited after we contact you. This clause supplements the Acceptable Use Policy and does not narrow it.

5. End of the Term

At the end of the 90 days your studio returns to the Free plan automatically:

- Every project, asset and version remains stored and accessible, subject to Free-plan limits — in particular, exports are not available on the Free plan - No team member is removed from your studio - We notify the studio Owner 14 days and 3 days before the Term ends

You may move to any paid plan before or after the Term ends; doing so restores the capabilities of that plan.

6. The €750 annual credit

If you continue on an annual Spinative plan, the full €750 is applied as a one-time discount at checkout. The credit:

  • is available while the Term is active and for 30 days after it ends
  • applies to annual billing only, not to monthly plans or credit packs
  • is capped at the invoice total — any excess is not carried forward
  • may be used once
  • is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable to another studio

It is applied automatically; no code is needed. The number of annual seats you purchase is your choice at checkout, subject to a minimum of the number of people then in your studio.

7. Your content and what you generate

The Programme does not change the ownership position set out in the Terms of Service. You keep your own content, and we grant you the rights we hold in the outputs generated from your prompts, including for commercial use in games you ship to operators — subject to clause 7 of the Terms of Service and to the underlying AI providers' usage policies. Work created during the Programme remains yours after the Term ends.

8. Confidentiality

Your projects, concepts and game designs are confidential and are handled under clause 9 of the Terms of Service. We will not present your work publicly, or name you as a customer, without your written agreement.

9. Taxes

The fee is stated exclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes, which are your responsibility according to your jurisdiction, as set out in clause 4 of the Terms of Service. If you are a business established outside Spain, provide your VAT registration number so the invoice can be issued correctly.

10. Availability and support

The Programme is delivered on the Spinative platform as it exists during the Term. We do not commit to specific features being released within the Term, and no service level is promised beyond what the Terms of Service provide. Founder sessions are remote and arranged in advance.

11. Fees already paid

As set out in clause 4 of the Terms of Service, fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may refine these Programme Terms for future cohorts. The version shown at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to you for the whole of your Term and the credit window that follows it.

13. Governing law

These Programme Terms are governed by Spanish law, with jurisdiction as set out in clause 17 of the Terms of Service.

14. Acceptance

By completing payment for the Founding Studio Sprint you confirm that you have read and accepted these Programme Terms and the Spinative Terms of Service, and that you are authorised to enter into them on behalf of your studio.
